3)There are no time limits - we only stop when we've got great images.
​
​
I don't want you to feel any stress or pressure, so I've removed all time constraints from my sessions.
​
So if your toddler is having a meltdown we have plenty of time to turn that frown upside down. I've been known to spend 15 minutes chatting with the children before I even take a photograph.
​
4)Trained by the NHS - naturally crazy!
​
​
I’ve been trained by the NHS as a Community Health Connector, so I can relate to children and adults alike.
And I have also worked for West London YMCA in their Children Department teaching kids activity classes (gym kids, actions-songs-and-rhymes, dance-drama etc.) to children aged 0 to 16.
​
Plus it doesn't hurt that I'm comfortable behaving like a complete halfwit to get them chuckling!
​
5)What happens if it rains?
​
​
You have a few options here - and they're all great!
​
- Option 1: I have a beautiful, family friendly studio with lots of space take natural-looking family portraits. And I've got lots of tricks up my sleeve to help the children laugh and smile as naturally as they would outside.
​
- Option 2: If you have your heart set on outdoor photography I'll be happy to rearrange your session at no extra charge. I'm here to serve you and make your life as simple and stress free as possible. As a fellow parent I know how some companies make life difficult for us, so I want to put you first.
​
- Option 3: We can go ahead and enjoy splashing in puddles, dancing in the rain and rolling in mud! Real life and really fun!
​
6)My secrets to help you and your family look amazing...
​
​
Well, I don't want to give away too much here (my competition may be watching!), but here's the secret to my success:
​
1. As I mentioned earlier I'll meet you before you even book me. This helps us create a plan, which in turn will build your confidence because you know and like the kind of images we're going to create.
​
2. I have a long list of different things I say and do to illicit natural smiles and genuine interaction. I will NEVER tell you to smile or say cheese! It's my job to create those smiles and natural expressions and I've spent years mastering the technique.
​
3. When we meet I'll help you choose the best clothing for photography and I'll explain what to avoid too.
​
4. And don't forget I have a guarantee that you'll love your photographs or you'll get your money back. So, I'm very motivated to make sure you all look fantastic! ;-)

7)Zero pressure sales
​
​
I hate being pressured into buying things and I'd never put my clients through that either.
​
I'll simply chat through the options and show you my professionally finished wall portraits and albums so you can see the quality for yourself.

After that, the decision on what you want is up to you. I'll just be there to answer your questions.
